DSML E-SHOP offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items may be designated as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to submit a request using your order number and email address.

  Packaging

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
